TaxClue Consultech Private Limited ("TaxClue") operates KaryiQ on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
KaryiQ offers a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. If you decide not to continue after the trial, your account will simply be restricted — no charges will be applied.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund of that cycle's payment. After 7 days, the current cycle is non-refundable, but no further charges will be applied.
Annual subscriptions receive a discounted rate. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund minus any discount received. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.
To request a refund, email vikas@taxclue.in with your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations, custom development or integration work, or any third-party service fees incurred on your behalf.
