These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KaryiQ (karyiq.com), including KaryiQ Practice (app.karyiq.com) and KaryiQ ERP (erp.karyiq.com), operated by TaxClue Consultech Private Limited.
By accessing or using KaryiQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using KaryiQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
KaryiQ provides cloud-based practice management and enterprise resource planning software on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
KaryiQ operates on a subscription model with monthly or annual billing. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. GST is charged as applicable. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, access is restricted to dashboard-only until a paid subscription is activated.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into KaryiQ. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to use KaryiQ to violate any laws or regulations, infringe upon others' intellectual property, transmit malware or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or use the service for any purpose other than its intended business use.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
KaryiQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
